One T-shirt Only
The appreciation of the more than 6,700 company members is present in the organizational development process started in 2010. Therefore, by launching the second stage of the "Crack, Nem Pensar" campaign, the company first spoke to its staff, not only for the purpose of introducing it first hand, but also with a clear intention of inviting its members to take active part in the fight against drug addiction.
On March 29th, on the eve of the relaunch of the "Crack, Nem Pensar" campaign, Group employees took part in a videoconference with the CEO for Grupo RBS, Nelson Sirotsky, and learned about the pillars of the institutional flagship raised by the company in 2009. They also received a booklet with information on how to take part in the campaign and got a T-shirt bearing the slogan, which was worn by everyone the following day, when the campaign was introduced to society. |
